We’re pleased to share that, following the recent Advice UK “Advice Saves” campaign, a number of Members of Parliament are now working with Nucleus to address the growing crisis of housing disrepair across our communities.
At Nucleus, we see every day how poor housing conditions affect people’s health, safety, and wellbeing. From damp and mould to unsafe structures and long delays in repairs, too many local tenants are living in unacceptable conditions.
Thanks to support from the Henry Smith Charity and City Bridge Foundation, our housing casework team is now expanding its efforts to highlight disrepair cases and push for real change—both for individual residents and across the wider housing system.
