Nucleus wins best inclusive volunteer practice. -
Each volunteer will have access to accredited training from Advice Now and adviceuk.
Each volunteer will have the opportunity to gain a level 2 NVQ (or the new replacement certificate) in advice casework.
Towards the 2nd half of the placements Volunteers will have access proven coaching and mentoring to help people get work in the sector. -
Most people want to work. Sick/disabled people are not getting the right support! – we are finding that more and more Work Capability Assessments are plainly wrong and result in bad decisions.
